You will perform relay setting design, short-circuit studies, and coordination for client interconnections, ensuring adherence to standards and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to present technical solutions to customers while supporting engineering objectives across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with power focus; MS may substitute.
• Experience in protection and control engineering and relay settings.
• Proficiency with ASPEN or CAPE software tools.
• Professional Engineering registration or plan to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Design, specify, calculate relay settings, and coordinate schemes.
• Model short-circuit studies and protective recommendations for interconnections.
• Ensure compliance with policies and client design standards.
• Present technical solutions to customers and address real-time concerns.
• Collaborate with Qualus teams to implement engineering solutions.
