Qualus is seeking a Systems Protection Relay Settings Engineering Manager to lead and grow an engineering team while shaping technical strategy and project execution. You will work with the Engineering Director to oversee engineers across offices and drive key client engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in management in the energy sector, with experience in relay settings and a PE license preferred, and a track record of delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in management within the energy sector.
• Experience in systems protection and relay settings.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering supervision and leadership to meet project demands while managing backlog.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior level managers and clients.
• Coordinate work with multiple engineering offices and cross-train staff for efficiency.
