The ideal candidate will be proficient with Ellucian Colleague, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering inclusive, supportive student service in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic advising, student services, or a related higher education support function.
• Hands-on proficiency with Ellucian Colleague, including student registration and reviewing academic program evaluations.
• Ability to interpret academic requirements and align student needs with available course offerings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with current and returning students to support registration for upcoming terms.
• Review student records and program evaluations to identify outstanding course requirements.
• Register students for courses based on academic needs and enrollment status.
• Communicate registrations and next steps in a clear, supportive manner.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to address questions and guide students.
