Job summary

Collegis Education is seeking an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through program exploration and enrollment decisions, helping them invest in their future. You will lead inbound and outbound outreach, conduct discovery calls, and document CRM records to support students from application to enrollment.

You’ll engage through phone, text, email and chat, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional student experience while meeting enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consultative sales, recruiting, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Flexible schedule and hybrid/remote work options may apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary inbound/outbound contact for prospective students, delivering a consultative phone experience.
• Execute outbound campaigns across phone, text, email, and chat to drive enrollment.
• Conduct needs-based discovery conversations and guide students toward enrollment decisions.
• Mentor students from application through first week of enrollment.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM and ensure timely follow-up.
