Concorde Career Colleges is seeking an Admissions Support Representative to provide remote support for recruiting and enrolling qualified students across all campuses. You will report to the Director of Admissions Support and collaborate with campus teams to help the Admissions department reach its enrollment goals.

You will conduct interviews, manage communications via phone, text, and email, maintain CRM notes, and ensure compliance with federal aid policies.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in admissions, enrollment, consultative sales, relationship management, customer service, or another related field.
• Direct experience building relationships, influencing decisions, and guiding individuals through enrollment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate admissions information and assess eligibility per school criteria.
• Conduct virtual prospective student interviews.
• Manage recruitment activities and CRM notes.
• Perform outreach via phone, text, and email to schedule and follow up on appointments.
• Coordinate with campus admissions teams to support recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with federal financial aid policies and enrollment procedures.
• Direct students to Concorde catalog and maintain confidentiality.
