Job summary

Grundfos Water Treatment USA seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to lead regional growth for municipal wastewater aeration solutions. You will manage the Manufacturer's Representatives network and build relationships with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.

You bring a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, 5+ years of sales in a related field, and strong technical knowledge of wastewater processes, including SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of achieving results.
Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales quotas.
Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.
Lead sales opportunities from early project development through bidding and purchase orders.
Provide technical and consultative guidance on Grundfos' aeration systems for wastewater applications.
Develop regional sales plans and forecast pipeline performance.
