Job summary

Grundfos Water Treatment USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to drive regional growth in municipal wastewater aeration solutions. You will manage a Representative network and cultivate relationships with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors across the United States.

You will lead from early development through bidding to final orders, providing technical guidance on mechanical aeration systems and developing regional plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in wastewater or related industry.
• Strong understanding of municipal wastewater treatment processes (mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, lagoon).

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual sales and order quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from early project development through bidding and purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on aeration systems for municipal wastewater applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline, identify market trends, and pursue opportunities.
