Grundfos in the United States invites a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to spearhead regional growth for municipal wastewater aeration solutions through a robust Manufacturer's Representative network. You will drive orders, build strong municipal and contractor relationships, and provide technical guidance on aeration systems.

You’ll recruit and coach reps, pursue new business, and develop regional plans while traveling up to 30% annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with proven results.
• Strong knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes (mechanical aeration, SBR, lagoons).

Responsabilités

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual quotas.
• Drive new business via prospecting, visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from development through bidding to purchase orders.
• Provide technical guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon.
• Develop regional sales plans and forecast pipeline; identify market trends.
• Liaise between customers, representatives and internal teams to meet project requirements.
