Job summary

Grundfos Water Treatment USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to drive regional growth in municipal aeration solutions, supervising Manufacturer's Representatives and building relationships with utilities, engineers, and contractors.

You will steer projects from early development through bidding to PO, provide technical guidance on SBR, oxidation ditch and lagoon systems, develop regional plans, forecast pipeline and identify new market opportunities. Travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in municipal wastewater or related industry.
Experience managing a Manufacturer's Representative network.
Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes (mechanical aeration, SBR, lagoon).

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual sales and quotas.
Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with utilities, engineers, and contractors.
Lead opportunities from development through bidding, negotiation, and PO.
Provide technical guidance on aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline, identify trends, pursue new markets.
Liaise between customers, representatives, and internal teams to meet project needs.
