Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role emphasizes golf and turf products, distributor relationships, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing and leadership teams.

Located at our Bloomington, MN HQ, the role requires ~10+ years in sales/marketing, advanced Spanish, and strong analytical and communication skills to lead market plans and develop opportunities across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required.
• Approx. 10+ years of sales & marketing experience across channels.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability.
• Lead Latin America sales team; coach, mentor, and develop staff.
• Build and manage distributor networks to drive growth and product adoption.
• Travel approximately 50% to support markets and opportunities.
