The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to achieve annual sales and profitability objectives across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role emphasizes developing sales plans, managing distributor networks, and leading cross-functional teams across Golf, Irrigation, and Parts segments.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in sales/marketing with a strong track record in strategy, negotiations, and leadership. Travel ~50% and Spanish fluency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline and advanced Spanish proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex negotiations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Strong data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional sales plans for Latin America and Caribbean
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff
• Develop annual business plans achieving sales and profitability goals
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Coordinate resolution of field issues with Customer Care and support teams
• Drive distribution channel development and manage distributor relationships
• Travel approximately 50% as required
