Job summary

The Toro Company is a global leader in turf and landscape equipment seeking a Regional Business Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. You will develop and execute sales plans, manage distributor relationships, and drive market growth across golf, irrigation, and parts.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate national and regional forecasts, and travel about 50% to build strong customer partnerships. MBA and Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline. MBA preferred.
• Must have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both in the oral and written form
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop a high level of subject matter expertise in product / features and customer benefits across product lines as well as competitive product categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per each business segment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Complete Mid – Year reviews for each team member.
• Complete and conduct end of year review for each team member.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and projection plans for all relevant product groups in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities focusing on market segments.
• Coordinate resolution of field issues with the Customer Care team and provide technical sales support for turf and golf markets.
• Provide work direction for sales managers, reps, and cross‑functional teams.
• Travel approximately 50%.
