Job summary

CS Power Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest region to drive solar module sales from US factories and operations. You will uncover opportunities, manage relationships, and push growth into commercial and utility markets.

This role requires frequent face-to-face interactions with customers, strong strategic selling skills, and a deep knowledge of the solar energy landscape across state markets. Remote position with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B selling experience in the solar industry.
• 3+ years in photovoltaic solar modules or inverters.
• Strong existing network of renewable energy project developers, regional installers, and EPCs.
• Reside in Northwestern US and within one hour of a major airport.
• Experience creating quotations and purchase orders and processing orders with sales operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Contact and meet established prospects and clients to build lasting relationships and position products effectively.
• Generate new leads through face-to-face meetings, industry events, and data mining of installer lists.
• Record customer and competitive information in the CRM for real-time insights and strategy updates.
• Achieve sales targets for volume, revenue, and gross margin; manage territory growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotes to orders and deliveries via CRM and logistics teams.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to close new opportunities.
