Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest US to drive PV module sales and energy storage opportunities from our US factories. You will build relationships with developers, EPCs, and installers while managing quotes and orders and traveling up to 50%.

This role requires a strong network in renewable energy, fluency in B2B selling, and the ability to penetrate state markets with a strategic account approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B selling experience in solar/ PV industry or equivalent.
• Proven ability to sign new customers and manage onboarding.
• Experience creating quotations and processing orders with logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Contact and meet prospective clients; build strong relationships to position Canadian Solar products.
• Generate new leads through meetings, conferences, and data mining of installer lists.
• Enter information into CRM in real time; manage quotes and POs; ensure timely deliveries.
• Achieve sales targets for volume, revenue, and gross margin; grow market share.
