Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest US to drive PV module sales across commercial and utility markets. The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, opportunity growth, and leadership in a fast-growing renewable energy segment.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships with developers, installers and EPCs, and leverage data-driven CRM to optimize orders and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B selling experience, 3+ years in the photovoltaic solar industry.
• Strong existing network of renewable energy Project Developers, Regional Installers, and EPCs.
• Reside in the Northwestern US and within one hour of a major airport.
• Demonstrated ability to find and sign up new customers and onboard them.
• Experienced creating Quotations and Purchase Orders and processing orders through logistics.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospects and clients, build strong relationships, and position Canadian products to meet their needs.
• Generate new leads via face-to-face meetings, industry events, and data mining of installer lists.
• Capture customer and competitive information in CRM in real time for strategy development.
• Achieve targets for sales volume, revenue, gross margin, and territory metrics.
• Manage the full sales cycle: quotes, purchase orders, and deliveries with sales ops support.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to close new opportunities.
