Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest region. This remote role involves up to 50% travel for face-to-face sales in markets across CA, OR, WA, and beyond.

You will drive module sales from US factories into Commercial and Utility segments, build key relationships, and expand energy storage opportunities. A strong network and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B selling experience, including 3+ years in photovoltaic solar industry.
• Strong network of renewable energy Project Developers, Regional Installers, and EPCs.
• Reside in Northwestern US within one hour of a major airport.
• Experience creating quotations and purchase orders and processing orders through logistics.
• Ability to learn solar industry details and act as a subject-matter expert.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospects and build strong relationships to position products to meet needs.
• Generate and contact new leads via Face-to-Face meetings and industry events.
• Enter CRM data in real time to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve targets for sales volume, revenue, and gross margin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotes to orders and deliveries.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to close deals.
