Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest US to drive module and energy storage sales. This remote role requires frequent in-person meetings and up to 50% travel, focusing on commercial and utility markets to grow CS market share and upsell in energy storage.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with developers, installers and EPCs, and represent CS at trade shows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B selling experience, including 3+ years in photovoltaic solar industry
• Strong existing network of renewable energy project developers, regional installers, and EPCs
• Reside in Northwestern US within one hour of a major airport
• Experience creating quotations and purchase orders and processing orders with logistics

Responsibilities

• Contact and meet prospects and build strong relationships to position products
• Generate new leads through Face-to-Face meetings, conferences, and data mining
• Enter customer and competitive information into CRM in real time
• Achieve targets for sales volume, revenue and gross margin
• Manage full sales cycle: quotes, orders, deliveries
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to close opportunities
