Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. This role is fully remote within the United States and reports to a Program Manager, leading a multidisciplinary project team across design, implementation, and testing phases.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience leading agency-wide IT support for large contracts, and holds US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance. A Bachelor's degree is required. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading the user support function of a large agency-wide IT support contract.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
• Generally reports to a Program Manager.
