Nice North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow our presence in the Security Sales Region across Alaska, WA, OR, ID, NV, UT, and Northern California. This fully remote, territory-based role requires strong relationship-building and a proven ability to meet quota.

You will manage key accounts, train partners, and report KPIs while collaborating with senior leaders to drive growth in a dynamic, fast-paced market.

Competenze

• 5–7 years in channel sales management in security space
• Proven track record of growing new business
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building & client service skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite)

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
• Interact with senior leaders and customers; negotiate with management as needed
• Attend industry events and customer trade shows as directed
• Deliver effective sales and technical training to customers/partners
• Meet and exceed KPI targets for self and team
• Communicate effectively across the organization at all levels
• Analyze and control expenditures of the channel to fit budgetary requirements
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential growth
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with Technical Trainers to ensure training and support for dealers
• Perform other duties as assigned
