Job summary

Nice North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to establish, grow, and maintain a strong presence in the Security Sales Region. The role covers Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Northern California as a fully remote position.

You will build relationships, exceed quotas, and drive region-wide sales growth. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in channel sales within residential or commercial intrusion security, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years sales experience in channel sales management (distributors/dealers/national accounts) in the Residential or Commercial Intrusion Security space.
• Proven ability to grow and acquire new business.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Interact with senior leaders and customers; negotiate as needed.
• Attend industry events and trade shows.
• Deliver sales and technical training to customers/partners.
• Meet KPIs for self and team.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Monitor expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and analyze market potential.
• Monitor competitors and provide competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with Technical Trainers to support dealers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
