Nice North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow its presence across a broad remote territory in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Northern California. You will manage relationships with distributors/dealers and national accounts to meet sales quotas while driving product launches and customer engagement.

The role requires 5–7 years in security channel sales, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Competenze

5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management (distributors/dealers/national accounts) in the Residential or Commercial Intrusion Security space.
Demonstrated successful sales skills core competencies and ability to formulate sales growth strategies.
Track record of growing and acquiring new business.
Exceptional negotiation, motivational, relationship-building, and client service skills.

Regularly interacts with senior leaders and/or customers, including negotiating with customers/management.
