Job summary

Nice North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to establish, grow, and maintain a strong presence within a remote territory covering Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Northern California. You will develop customer relationships, drive quota attainment, and manage regional growth.

The role offers $85,000–$95,000 base per year plus $40,000 commission, with KPI-driven targets and collaboration with training and leadership teams. Residency in the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in channel sales management for security systems.
• Proven track record of growing and acquiring new business.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Interact with senior leaders and customers; negotiate as needed.
• Attend industry events and customer trade shows.
• Deliver sales and technical training to customers/partners.
• Monitor KPI attainment and regional performance.
