Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to establish, grow, and maintain a strong presence in the Security Sales Region. This fully remote, territory-based role covers Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Northern California.

You will drive sales, build customer relationships, and meet or exceed quotas. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to deliver training, analyze KPI performance, and expand the dealer network while representing

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management (distributors/dealers/national accounts) in the Residential or Commercial Intrusion Security space.
• Demonstrated successful sales skills core competencies and ability to formulate sales growth strategies
• Track record of growing and acquiring new business
• Exceptional negotiation, motivational, relationship-building, and client service skills

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
• Regularly interacts with senior leaders and/or customers. Interactions frequently involve negotiating with customers/management and influencing senior leaders
• Attend industry association events and customer trade shows as directed
• Deliver effective sales and technical training to our customers/partners
• Achieve and exceed KPI’s for self and team (e.g., new customers acquisition, attachment sales, product launches)
• Required to have a strong comfort-level communicating throughout all levels of the organization
• Analyze and control expenditures of channel to conform to budgetary requirements
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
• Monitor and evaluate competitors’ activities and products. Provide competitive intelligence
• Work with the Technical Trainers in the territory to ensure proper training and advanced technical support for dealers
