Job summary

Automatic Payroll Systems Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Team Manager to lead and mentor a team of Sector Account Executives, drive quota attainment, and implement sales best practices.

The role offers a full remote opportunity for Texas residents, with regular travel where needed. You will hire, train and coach staff, develop monthly forecasts, and partner with the National Sales Manager to hit revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years sales leadership or management experience in B2B.
• Strong communication with C-level and business owners.
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sector Account Executives to meet sales quotas.
• Mentor, train, and ramp new hires; monitor performance metrics.
• Develop monthly/quarterly forecasts and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and SLAs; drive process improvements.
