Job summary

Automatic Payroll Systems Inc. (APS) is expanding and seeking a Regional Sales Team Manager to lead and mentor a team of Sector Account Executives, driving quota attainment and sales best practices.

This role is eligible for full remote work for Texas residents, with travel when not in the local area, and requires experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Chorus and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft and Chorus preferred.
• Strong communication with business owners, C-level executives, controllers and HR managers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to sales quota attainment.
• Guide, maintain and implement sales best practices.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly team forecasts.
• Participate in hiring and ramp-up of new team members.
• Ensure SOPs and SLAs are followed and Salesforce is used effectively.
