Job summary

Automatic Payroll Systems Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Team Manager to lead and mentor a team of Sector Account Executives. The role supports remote work for Texas-based professionals and involves travel when not in the local area.

You will drive quota attainment and implement sales best practices using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Chorus. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, executive communication, and a proven ability to coach teams toward revenue goals while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or higher preferred.
3+ years experience in B2B sales leadership roles.
Strong communication with C-level executives and business owners.
Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft and Chorus preferred.
Experience with software and systems; ability to adapt to tech-driven environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Customer-centric focus and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to sales quota attainment and revenue goals.
Mentor, train, and ramp new team members.
Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly forecasts; report to National Sales Manager.
Oversee use of Salesforce and ensure SOPs and SLAs are followed.
Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Provide coaching on meetings, calls, demos, and proposals to meet quality criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
