Job summary

Service Experts seeks a Regional Sales Manager to collaborate with VP, Field & Sales, Sr. Manager, National Sales, and regional teams to drive revenue and margin growth while aligning with the company business model.

The role requires leading multi-location sales efforts, overseeing KPI tracking, and developing strategies to enter new markets. Remote work with substantial travel (minimum 50%), and preferred residency in Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of sales experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams and corporate leadership to execute promotions, pricing strategies, and lead-generation programs.
• Conduct and manage KPI tracking for sales goals.
• Build growth strategies for entering new markets or channels.
• Train, hire, and assist in compensation planning for RSCs and Sales teams.
