Automatic Payroll Systems Inc. (APS) seeks a Regional Sales Team Manager to lead a B2B sales team, drive quota attainment, and mentor account executives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coaching and process optimization.

The position offers a full remote opportunity for Texas residents, with travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in B2B sales are required, along with experience in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Chorus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft and Chorus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to sales quota attainment.
• Guide, maintain and implement sales best practices.
• Work with direct reports on development and growth to ensure revenue goals are met.
• Participate in hiring and ramp-up of new team members.
• Evaluate processes and tools; introduce new processes or systems; ensure training.
• Manage performance metrics for teams.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly team forecasts and present progress to the National Sales Manager.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to execute team tasks and goals.
• Ensure SOPs and SLAs are followed in sales processes and Salesforce usage.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to meet quality criteria.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
