Job summary

Automatic Payroll Systems Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Team Manager to lead a team of Sector Account Executives. This role is eligible for full remote work for Texas residents, with occasional travel as needed.

You will coach the team to hit quotas, implement best practices, and drive revenue growth by leveraging Salesforce, SalesLoft and Chorus. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
• 3+ years in B2B sales.
• Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft and Chorus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to meet sales quotas.
• Mentor, train, and develop Sector Account Executives.
• Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Oversee use of Salesforce and sales tools.
• Hire, interview, and ramp new team members.
• Ensure SOPs and SLAs are followed.
