Aledade PBC is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth goals into weekly seller plans and field actions. You will drive the regional operating rhythm, roadshows, and deal readiness across the Southeast region, including travel up to 50%.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in sales coordination, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a remote-first mindset and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or relevant project management roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, high-quality field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers, including pipeline priorities and measurable goals.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence with resource allocation and dashboards.
• Design and lead the regional roadshow strategy from prospecting to post-event evaluation.
• Lead quarterly Centers of Excellence events and open houses with participating practices.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region, coordinating documentation and handoffs to Legal and Operations.
• Serve as the regional Field Marketing liaison and execution partner to maximize pipeline progression.
• Analyze regional performance and dashboards; advise leadership on actions to improve results.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy and execution to improve productivity and visibility.
• Lead cross-functional handoffs, clarify ownership, and maintain momentum across teams.
• Continuously improve the regional execution model and scale best practices.
