Aledade PBC seeks a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth priorities into weekly seller plans and drive physician engagement. This role operates remotely with travel as needed and collaborates across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, and Operations.

You will own regional pipeline execution, plan open houses and events, coordinate contracting, and provide performance insights via dashboards to improve regional results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations or related field.
• 7+ years in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations or related PM roles.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, events, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination.

Aufgaben

• Translate regional growth into an integrated weekly seller plan with measurable goals.
• Own regional operating rhythm and resource allocation with dashboards for accountability.
• Design regional roadshow strategy and lead event planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Drive deal readiness, contracting coordination, and post-event conversion.
• Serve as regional Field Marketing liaison and align event strategy with growth priorities.
• Analyze regional execution performance and advise leadership on improvement actions.
