Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or relevant project management roles.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable, high‑quality field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross‑functional handoffs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in‑field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional priorities into weekly seller execution plans.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and dashboards.
• Design and lead regional roadshows and events.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region.
