• Ability to translate goals into actionable, high‑quality field execution.
• Experience with pipelines, events, and cross‑functional handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into weekly execution plan for sellers.
• Own regional operating rhythm and resource allocation.
• Lead regional roadshow strategy from segmentation to post‑event evaluation.
• Manage quarterly Centers of Excellence events planning and delivery.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting coordination.
• Act as Field Marketing liaison to align event strategy with growth priorities.
• Produce dashboards and identify risks and opportunities for regional leadership.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy and its adoption.
