Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate growth priorities into weekly seller plans and cross-functional actions. You will own the regional operating rhythm, coordinate roadshows, and drive contract readiness, with remote work flexibility and up to 50% travel.

You will lead regional performance insights, leverage dashboards, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Legal, and Operations to accelerate physician engagement and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or relevant project management roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, high-quality field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers, including pipeline priorities, call preparation, follow-up strategy, and measurable execution goals.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence, including advising on resource allocation and seller capacity.
• Design and lead the regional roadshow strategy, from prospect segmentation through asset planning, field coordination, execution, and post-roadshow evaluation.
• Lead planning and delivery of open houses, site visits, local panel events, and public-speaking opportunities; drive deal readiness and contracting across the region.
• Produce and interpret POD execution dashboards, monitor indicators, surface risks and opportunities for leadership action.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy and execution to improve seller productivity and engagement.
