• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations, or related field.
• Experience translating strategic goals into executable field plans.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines, events, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel up to 50% regionally as needed.

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence with dashboards and KPIs.
• Design and lead regional roadshow strategy and post-event evaluation.
• Lead quarterly Centers of Excellence events and open houses with physicians.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting coordination across the region.
• Serve as regional Field Marketing liaison and drive post-event conversions.
• Analyze and communicate regional execution performance and risks.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy to improve productivity and visibility.
• Lead cross-functional handoffs and resolve execution issues with Sales Ops.
• Continuously improve regional execution model and scalability.
