Aledade PBC is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth goals into a weekly seller plan, align cross-functional teams, and drive high-impact execution across the Southeast region with remote-first flexibility and travel as required.

The role emphasizes ownership of regional pipeline execution, event strategy, contracting, and performance insights to improve regional results. Strong collaboration with Sales Operations and Field Marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or relevant project management roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, high-quality field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Required to travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers, including pipeline priorities and measurable goals.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence with dashboards and KPIs.
• Design and lead the regional roadshow strategy from segmentation to post-event evaluation.
• Own quarterly Centers of Excellence events planning and delivery.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region with required documentation.
• Serve as the regional Field Marketing liaison and execution partner.
• Analyze regional execution performance and advise leadership on improvements.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy and execution for productivity and visibility.
