Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the New Jersey Public Sector to drive sales in a fully remote role while residing in New Jersey.

You will work with Inside Sales and Sales Engineering to shape territory strategy, win new customers, and support state and local government agencies and education institutions. Required: a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of public sector sales, a proven track record with NASPO/GSA contracts, and strong WWAN knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full-time public sector sales experience.
• Proven sales success in public sector with a strong customer portfolio.
• Experience with NASPO, GSA and other purchasing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales quotas through forecasting, pipeline development and closing.
• Develop territory strategy across WWAN, Private Cellular, and Neutral Host solutions.
• Leverage sales tools to build a robust prospecting plan and maintain visibility with existing customers.
• Coordinate weekly pipeline reviews with Sales Director or Area VP to drive growth.
• Collaborate with support, service and management teams to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain CRM records for all account activities from lead to order cycle.
• Travel to trade shows, events, and partner networking sessions.
