Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for New Jersey Public Sector. This fully remote role requires current NJ residency and no relocation.

You will drive sales across WWAN, Private Cellular, and Neutral Host solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage state and local government and education accounts from a remote base in New Jersey. You will leverage NASPO, GSA contracts, build a robust territory plan, forecast pipelines, and help expand Ericsson’s public sector footprint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full-time technical and/or carrier sales experience in the public sector.
• Experience with NASPO, GSA, and other public sector procurement contracts.
• Current residency within New Jersey is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned quarterly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline development, and closing business.
• Develop a dynamic territory strategy across WWAN, Private Cellular, and Neutral Host solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a strong channel partner collaboration and customer relationships.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews with leadership to drive profitable growth.
• Utilize CRM for all account management activities from lead gen to order cycle.
