Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for New Jersey Public Sector to drive sales and expand presence across WWAN, Private Cellular, and Neutral Host solutions. This fully remote role requires residency in New Jersey and does not offer relocation assistance.

You will lead territory strategy, forecast pipelines, and coordinate with Inside Sales and Sales Engineering to win new customers in state agencies, counties, cities, and educational institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of public sector carrier sales experience.
• Proven sales success with state, local government, and education accounts.
• Experience with NASPO, GSA, and other purchasing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly sales quotas through forecasting and pipeline management.
• Develop territory strategy across WWAN, Private Cellular, Neutral Host.
• Coordinate with support, service, and management teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Use CRM for end-to-end account management and forecasting.
• Travel for trade shows, events, and channel/networking sessions.
