Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the New Jersey Public Sector in a fully remote role. You will drive sales, build a robust territory plan, and expand Ericsson’s presence with WWAN, private cellular, and neutral host solutions while collaborating with the Inside Sales Team and Sales Engineering.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of public sector sales experience, a strong portfolio of state/local education accounts, and deep knowledge of public procurement contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; public sector sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in SLED accounts and government/customer networks.
• Experience with NASPO, GSA, and other purchasing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales quotas through forecasting, pipeline development, and closing.
• Develop territory strategy for WWAN, private cellular, and Neutral Host solutions.
• Leverage CRM to manage accounts and complete order cycle.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Travel to trade shows, events, and carrier networking sessions.
• Lead regular pipeline reviews with Sales Director/AVP.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction aligning with company standards.
