Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for New Jersey public sector. This fully remote role requires residing in New Jersey and focuses on driving sales, expanding government and educational client bases, and coordinating with Inside Sales and Sales Engineering to execute territory plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in public sector sales, strong relationships, and expertise in WWAN and private networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of full-time technical and/or carrier sales experience in the public sector (state, local government, and education).
• Experience with public sector procurement vehicles including NASPO, GSA, and other purchasing contracts.
• Strong knowledge of WWAN and telecommunications; private cellular networks and neutral host solutions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales quotas through forecasting, pipeline development, and closing deals.
• Develop and deliver a territory strategy to drive customer expansion across WWAN, Private Cellular, and Neutral Host solutions.
• Leverage CRM and company tools to build an effective prospecting plan and maintain visibility with customers.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
