Job summary

Industrial Digital Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the U.S. region for industrial technology solutions. You will cultivate strategic customer relationships, win new business, and demonstrate how digital offerings can boost productivity and quality in manufacturing.

The role focuses on engaging plant managers and operations leaders, managing the full sales cycle, and contributing to regional growth plans in a fully remote, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience selling industrial software or digital solutions to manufacturing.
• Background in process optimization software and industrial software.
• Familiarity with digital transformation in process industries.
• Knowledge of APC, asset performance management, or process analytics.
• Experience with industrial automation software and manufacturing tech.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across the region
• Building relationships with plant managers, operations leaders and executive stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and operational performance
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award
• Developing regional sales strategies and account growth plans
• Representing the business at industry events and customer meetings
