Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales growth in a fully remote capacity, with travel up to 60% across the West Territory. You will expand our customer base by leveraging solutions-selling and manage independent manufacturer reps to champion Solve products.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial sales and 3+ years in sales leadership, with strong Excel skills and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales experience.
• 3+ years of industrial sales management experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the region’s sales growth and profitability.
• Use sales and market data to forecast regional goals, market and industry trends, and opportunities for growth to create the regional sales strategy.
• Foster independent manufacturer sales representative relationships to leverage buy-in and champion Solve products.
• Conduct onsite meetings and presentations with clients to upsell products and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage pricing solutions for the region and adjust pricing as needed.
