Job summary

Process Insights, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and applications across industrial process markets in the Eastern US and Canada. The role reports to the VP of Sales and offers remote work with coordination to global sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regional or technical sales, a technical degree, CRM proficiency, and a proven ability to hit targets in demanding environments. Travel emphasis is substantial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences.
• 5+ years of regional or technical sales management experience in analytical instrumentation or related industrial markets.
• Proven track record of meeting annual sales targets.
• Experience developing new applications and expanding into new markets.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve bookings, revenue, and profitability targets in industrial process markets.
• Manage key accounts, channel partners, integrators and OEMs.
• Develop regional sales plans with the Americas IMS Sales and BDM Manager.
• Coordinate customer visits, seminars, conferences, and events in the territory.
• Provide VOC feedback to product and marketing teams.
