Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across the West Territory in a fully remote role. The position requires leveraging solutions-selling skills, managing reps, and driving new business while nurturing existing accounts.

You will forecast regional goals, stay ahead of market trends, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to promote best-in-class product lines. Expect substantial travel and a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Solutions selling experience within industrial markets.
• Experience managing independent manufacturers' reps.
• Ability to develop regional sales strategies and forecast growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive region sales growth and profitability.
• Forecast regional goals using market data and trends.
• Recommend product development opportunities to leadership.
• Develop and leverage reps' relationships to promote Solve products.
• Lead meetings to upsell and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Collaborate with product/marketing/engineering to promote lines.
• Manage regional pricing and pricing adjustments.
• Support trade shows and networking events with strategy.
• Travel 60%+ to meet customers and attend events.
