Job summary

Ingersoll Rand, a global leader in industrial technology, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Southeast territory. You will manage distributor relationships, exceed bookings, and act as the product and technical expert for industrial pump solutions.

This highly autonomous, remote role requires strong communication, field-based experience, and willingness to travel ~75% to support customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of field sales experience.
• 1+ year selling, supporting, or applying industrial pump solutions.
• 1+ year working knowledge of pump fundamentals, including applications, sizing considerations, and performance characteristics.
• 1+ year experience discussing pump solutions with distributors, customers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow distributor/channel partner relationships across the assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, and the internal SEEPEX sales and operations teams.
• Achieve or exceed annual bookings and sales targets for the territory.
• Support distributors with technical expertise, product application knowledge, and solution development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotations, manage opportunities, and support order execution.
• Conduct product presentations, training, and sales meetings for distributors and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.
• Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM and reporting expectations.
