Job summary

HDT Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in industrial HVAC markets. This remote, geographically flexible role supports growth across steel, paper, oil and gas, mining, and related industries with 25–50% travel.

You will build and manage a strong sales channel, develop key accounts, engage with engineering, and contribute to marketing and SOP planning. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of industrial sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of industrial product and systems sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of steel, paper, and heavy industries.
• Knowledge of HVAC products desired.
• Experience managing representatives and distribution channels is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Grow Industrial/Commercial HVAC sales within the existing channel through top-tier representation.
• Manage and expand the channel to meet growth goals and customer requirements.
• Define, develop and penetrate key customer accounts directly for Industrial/Commercial HVAC markets.
• Attend tradeshows to drive growth for HVAC sectors.
• Identify marketing communications support needed to drive growth.
• Collaborate with engineering on programs via the engineering gate process.
• Support product line planning, R&D projects, and SOP activities.
• Travel required – 25–50%.
