Job summary

BLADE is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop and sustain growth in the industrial HVAC market. This remote role allows geographic flexibility with preferred locations including NE Ohio, Texas, Pittsburg PA, and Chicago IL.

The candidate will drive sales growth through expanded channels, engage with engineering on programs, and participate in tradeshows to promote Industrial/Commercial HVAC solutions. Travel will be 25-50% to support customers and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in industrial product and systems sales.
• Strong knowledge of steel, paper, and heavy industries.
• Experience in managing representatives and distribution channels.
• Experience using CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow industrial HVAC sales group through top tier representation and channel expansion.
• Manage and grow the channel to meet growth goals.
• Define and penetrate key customer accounts directly for Industrial/Commercial HVAC markets.
• Attend tradeshows to drive growth in HVAC sectors.
• Support marketing communications to drive growth.
• Engage with engineering on programs through the gate process.
• Provide input to product line planning, R&D projects, and S&OP activities.
• Travel required – 25-50%.
