Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions seeks an Atlantic Regional Sales Manager to lead channel representatives and direct customers in selecting combustion equipment and systems for industrial processes. You will build and manage relationships, quote terms, and drive a defined quota with a strong technical foundation.

The role requires travel up to 50% and a background in heat transfer, chemistry, fluid dynamics, automation, and controls, plus excellent communication and project leadership to support

Qualifications

• Knowledge of thermal sciences, combustion chemistry, and fluid dynamics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of independent channel representatives and customers, including quotations, orders, terms, returns, and collections.
• Match company products to customer needs to pursue sales quotas with partners.
• Analyze diverse industrial heating applications and coordinate with engineering/marketing for solutions.
• Write proposals for complex systems and manage negotiated terms and pricing for larger contracts.
• Occasionally visit sites to oversee installations and commissioning.
