Job summary

DSJ Global has partnered with a leading international manufacturer of industrial automation and control solutions seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across key OEM and industrial accounts.

This role targets technically minded sales professionals who build new business, develop strategic relationships and bring innovative automation solutions to market, across HVAC, pumping, food & beverage, logistics, and more. Travel is ~50%.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent; strong preference for electrical engineering background.
• 5+ years of industrial automation product sales experience.
• Proven track record selling PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and motion control solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and industrial accounts.
• Engage engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership stakeholders.
• Create and execute account development plans to drive revenue growth.
